We live in a culture that is torn between the uninhibited expression of rage, and the polite expectation that we not even feel anger, or at least don't do anything about it. Bottle it up, swallow it, soothe it with self-help or religion. Anger is a human emotion, part of the story. Making choices about what we do with anger is a part of the way we choose to form ourselves and our world. Wrath chooses to hold onto vengeance in ways that poison ones self,and lead to violence toward others. Join us we think through this volatile vice.

Food is amazing, delicious, and life giving. Gluttony is neither easy, nor fun to unravel. But, it's Lent, and we're committed to examining ourselves, our relationships to and behaviors surrounding even our good desires, like hunger. Join us as we look honestly at the complicated way we relate to food, and the way food relates to our internal complexities. We'll also work through the ways gluttony is thought to show up in the Christian tradition. Inspiring music, reflection, meditation, Eucharist, and more. Come as you are. All are welcome.

Greed is an incredibly difficult subject to address. It is not a certain amount of money, but rather a posture toward money, wealth, and the thing we perceive to be connected to it. Money is essential. It can be a vehicle for goodness and an used as an expression generosity. It also can be an anchor that plunges us into self-destruction, or an ember that sets us ablaze with obsessive consumption. Join us as we explore the inclinations of our hearts toward money, and offer some practical disciplines that can help form us in ways of healthy relationship toward money. Plus there will be some outstanding music!
